“I was involved in a car accident developed a herniated L4 disc in July 2008.  At the worst  couldn't even walk and all I could do is lay in bed to have any relief from the pain.  I was affected because I couldn’t go to work and do daily activities such as sports.  Now that I have finished decompression therapy, I am able to be up and active all day with minimal pain.  I am also able to play sports with friends and do all activities I used to be able to do.  I am able to go back to work, and do things around the house and play with my three year old niece, which I wasn’t able to do before.  It has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend decompression to anyone with a disc problem.
